Terms of Service
Welcome to Wedding Cam Co. These Terms of Service explain the terms on which you may access and use our website, online store, products, services, content, features, tools, and related functionality.
In these Terms of Service, “Wedding Cam Co”, “Wedding Cam”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Wedding Cam Co. “You” and “your” refer to the person using the website or purchasing products or services from us. “Services” means our website, online store, products, services, information, content, features, tools, and related functionality. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Services or placing an order. By accessing or using the Services, or by placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not use the Services or place an order.
These Terms of Service apply together with any other policies referred to in them, including our Privacy Policy and any Refund Policy, Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, or Cookie Policy made available on the Services. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Service and another policy, the more specific terms will apply to the relevant issue, except that our Privacy Policy will apply to the processing of personal information.
Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have certain legal rights under consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where applicable.

The Services are operated by Wedding Cam Co.

Eligibility and Accounts
The Services are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
You may be asked to provide certain information when using the Services or placing an order, including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, payment details, and other information reasonably required to process your order or provide the Services. You must ensure that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login details and for all activity under your account. You should not share your account details with anyone else. You must contact us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization or that your login details have been compromised.
You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person without our prior written consent.
Our Products and Services
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products and services accurately. However, images, colors, dimensions, packaging, and product appearance may vary from how they appear on your device because of screen settings, photography, lighting, display differences, manufacturing variations, or other factors.
Any descriptions, images, specifications, availability, and pricing shown on the Services are provided for general information and may be corrected or updated where necessary. We may make changes to products or services from time to time, provided that any changes do not affect orders that we have already accepted unless we are permitted by law to do so or you agree to the change.
We may withdraw or discontinue products or services at any time. We may also limit the quantities of products available for purchase, provided that we do so fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
If you are a consumer, products supplied by us must be as described, of satisfactory quality, fit for their usual purpose, and, where you make a particular purpose known to us and we confirm that the product is suitable, fit for that particular purpose. Services supplied by us must be performed with reasonable care and skill. Digital content, if any, must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order through the Services, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant products or services from us. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance of your order. We may confirm acceptance by sending you an order confirmation email or by otherwise confirming that we have accepted and are processing your order.
We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where the product is unavailable, where there is an error in the price or description, where payment is not authorized, where we suspect fraud or misuse, where we are unable to deliver to the address provided, or where you have not complied with these Terms of Service.
If we decline or cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order, unless we are legally entitled to withhold or deduct amounts.
You must review your order carefully before submitting it. You are responsible for ensuring that the products, quantities, delivery details, and other order information are correct. If you need to correct an error after placing an order, you should contact us promptly. We will try to assist where reasonably possible, but we may not be able to make changes once an order has been accepted, processed, dispatched, customized, or prepared.
Products purchased through the Services are for personal and household use only, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You must not purchase products for unauthorized resale, commercial exploitation, or export in breach of applicable law.
Prices, Payment, and Promotions
Prices are shown on the Services. We will take reasonable care to ensure that prices are displayed accurately. The price charged for a product or service will be the price shown at the time you place your order, subject to correction of obvious errors where permitted by law.
Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted unless there has been an obvious pricing error or you agree to the change.
Unless stated otherwise, prices shown on the Services include VAT where VAT is applicable. Delivery charges and any other mandatory charges will be displayed before you complete your order. You are responsible for any additional charges that are clearly disclosed before you place your order.
If products are delivered outside the United Kingdom, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other local charges. These charges are not controlled by us and may be payable by you to the relevant authority or delivery provider. You are responsible for complying with applicable import laws and regulations in the destination country.
We may offer discounts, promotional codes, or promotions from time to time. Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements, expiry dates, usage limits, and exclusions. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the promotional terms will apply to the relevant promotion.
You must provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment providers, and your payment may be subject to their terms and conditions.
Delivery
Delivery options, estimated delivery times, and delivery charges will be shown during the checkout process where applicable.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated delivery timeframe. Delivery times are estimates only unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date. If no delivery date is agreed, we will deliver within the period required by applicable law.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by delivery providers, customs, import processes, adverse weather, strikes, supply chain disruption, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If delivery is materially delayed, we will contact you where required and provide any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Risk in physical products passes to you when the products come into your physical possession or into the physical possession of a person identified by you to take possession of them. Ownership of products passes to you when we have received payment in full and the products have been delivered, unless otherwise required by law.
If a delivery cannot be completed because you provided incorrect or incomplete delivery details, failed to accept delivery, or failed to collect the products from a delivery provider, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. We may charge you reasonable additional delivery costs where permitted by law.
Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
Your cancellation, returns, and refund rights will depend on the products or services you purchase and whether you are acting as a consumer.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom and you buy products online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, receives the products. If your order is delivered in multiple deliveries, the 14-day period may run from the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the last delivery.
To exercise a cancellation right, you must inform us clearly that you wish to cancel. You may do this by contacting us at arabella@weddingcamco.com. You should return the products to us without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days after telling us that you wish to cancel.
Unless we agree otherwise or are required by law to pay return costs, you are responsible for the cost of returning products to us where you cancel because you have changed your mind. Products should be returned in a condition that allows us to resell them. We may make a deduction from any refund for loss in value caused by unnecessary handling by you.
Certain products and services may not be eligible for cancellation or return where permitted by law. This may include products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized, sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, digital content after download or streaming has begun where you have given the required consent and acknowledgment, or services that have been fully performed with your prior agreement and acknowledgment that cancellation rights will be lost once the service has been fully performed.
If products are faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise do not meet your legal rights, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, refund, price reduction, or other remedy under applicable consumer law. These rights are separate from any change-of-mind cancellation rights and are not limited by these Terms of Service.
Any additional returns or refund terms made available on the Services will apply, provided that they do not reduce your statutory rights.
Acceptable Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You must not use the Services in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.
You must not use the Services to infringe the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, confidentiality rights, or other legal rights. You must not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit false or misleading information.
You must not introduce viruses, malware, harmful code, or other technologically harmful material to the Services. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, the server on which the Services are hosted, or any server, computer, database, or system connected to the Services.
You must not interfere with, damage, disrupt, overload, or impair the Services or any security, access control, robot exclusion, rate-limiting, or technical protection measures used in connection with the Services.
You must not scrape, extract, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services, or any content or data made available through the Services, except as expressly permitted by us in writing or as permitted by applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms of Service, misused the Services, created risk for us or others, or acted unlawfully.
Automated Access and Agents
This section applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of any bot, crawler, scraper, automated tool, AI agent, software agent, or other automated or semi-automated system to access, use, or interact with the Services.
No automated system may access, use, or interact with the Services unless it complies with these Terms of Service, applicable law, and any technical instructions or restrictions we make available, including robot exclusion protocols, rate limits, access controls, and other restrictions.
Automated systems must not conceal or misrepresent their identity, bypass access controls, circumvent CAPTCHAs or similar protections, mimic human behavior in order to avoid detection, place orders without proper authority, interfere with the Services, or collect personal information in breach of applicable law.
We may block, limit, suspend, or otherwise restrict automated access to the Services at any time where we consider it necessary to protect the Services, our business, our customers, or third parties.
Intellectual Property
The Services and their content, including text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, service names, designs, layout, icons, audio, video, software, and other materials, are owned by us, our licensors, Shopify, or other third parties and are protected by copyright, trademark, design right, database right, and other intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms of Service. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services or their content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms of Service transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Wedding Cam Co’s names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or trading names of Wedding Cam Co or its licensors. You must not use them without our prior written consent. Shopify’s names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans appearing on the Services may be trademarks of their respective owners.
Reviews, Feedback, and User Content
If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise provide reviews, photographs, comments, ideas, suggestions, feedback, proposals, or other content to us or through the Services, you are responsible for that content and for ensuring that you have the right to provide it.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit that content for the purposes of operating, providing, improving, promoting, and marketing the Services and our business, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. This license continues for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, unless you and we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
You confirm that any content you provide is accurate where it states facts, genuinely held where it states opinions, and does not infringe any third-party rights or breach any law. You must not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, misleading, false, fraudulent, harmful, or that contains malware or other harmful code.
If you submit a review or endorsement in connection with any payment, discount, free product, incentive, or other benefit, you must clearly disclose that connection. You must not submit fake reviews, misleading reviews, or reviews that do not reflect your genuine experience.
We may moderate, remove, reject, or edit user content where we reasonably consider it necessary, including where content breaches these Terms of Service, is unlawful, is misleading, infringes rights, or could harm us, our customers, or third parties. We are not required to publish or maintain any user content.
Third-Party Tools and Links
The Services may include access to tools, applications, features, content, websites, or services provided by third parties. These may include Shopify functionality, payment providers, social media features, analytics tools, advertising tools, or other third-party services.
Third-party tools and links are provided for convenience or functionality. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security, privacy practices, terms, or performance.
Your use of third-party websites, tools, or services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices provided by the relevant third party. You should review those terms and notices before using third-party services or entering into any transaction with a third party.
Relationship with Shopify
The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate our online store and provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly between you and Wedding Cam Co, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the contract of sale between you and Wedding Cam Co, including the products or services you purchase from us, delivery, returns, refunds, customer service, or any injury, damage, loss, or dispute arising from your purchase from us, except to the extent Shopify has separate obligations to you under its own terms or applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any rights you may have against Shopify under Shopify’s own terms or applicable law.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Services.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access to and use of the Services in order to provide, protect, and improve the Services. Certain personal information may also be processed in accordance with Shopify’s own privacy policy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have been provided with access to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Shopify’s privacy information.
Errors and Availability
Occasionally, the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, delivery charges, delivery times, availability, or other matters.
We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information where necessary. Where an error affects an order you have placed, we will handle the matter fairly and in accordance with applicable law. If we are unable to accept an order because of an error, we will notify you and refund any amount you have paid for that order.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or part of the Services where reasonably necessary for business, operational, security, legal, or maintenance reasons.
Disclaimers
The Services may include general information about our products, services, and business. This information is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be treated as advice on which you should solely rely.
We do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights in relation to products or services, and any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not give any warranties, representations, or guarantees about the Services or their content except as expressly stated in these Terms of Service or required by law.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, services that are not performed with reasonable care and skill, or digital content that does not meet legal requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory rights, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms of Service or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both you and we knew it might happen.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, losses that were not caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill, or business losses. If you are a consumer, we supply the products and Services for domestic and private use only. If you use them for commercial, business, resale, or re-export purposes without our written agreement, we will not be liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of business opportunity, or similar business losses.
We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. If an event outside our reasonable control affects our ability to perform our obligations, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the delay and will contact you where required.
Indemnity
If you are acting as a business or using the Services for business purposes, you agree to indemnify Wedding Cam Co, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers against losses, damages, liabilities, claims, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms of Service, your misuse of the Services, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
If you are a consumer, this indemnity does not apply to you in a way that would reduce or exclude your statutory rights or impose liability on you that would be unfair under applicable consumer protection law.
Termination and Suspension
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms of Service, misused the Services, acted unlawfully, created risk for us or others, or where suspension or termination is reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or business reasons.
Termination or suspension will not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen, including payment obligations, delivery obligations, returns and refund rights, intellectual property rights, liability provisions, and any provisions that by their nature should continue after termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the Services, and the “Last updated” date will be amended.
If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to bring them to your attention where required by law. Changes will not affect any order that we have already accepted unless the change is required by law or you agree to it.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms of Service are posted will be treated as acceptance of the updated Terms for future use of the Services, but this will not reduce any rights you already have in relation to orders we have accepted before the updated Terms took effect.
Assignment
You may not transfer, assign, or otherwise deal with your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without our prior written consent.
We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms of Service to another organization, provided that this does not materially reduce your rights under these Terms of Service or applicable law. We will notify you where required by law.
Severance
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
If we do not immediately enforce any right under these Terms of Service, or if we delay enforcing it, this does not mean that we have waived that right. We may still enforce it later.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with any policies or additional terms referred to in them, form the agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Services and purchases from us.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or prevents you from relying on statements or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you may also bring legal proceedings in Scotland. If you live in Northern Ireland, you may also bring legal proceedings in Northern Ireland. If you live outside the United Kingdom, you may have rights to bring proceedings in your local courts under applicable consumer protection laws.
If you are a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, the Services, or any contract between you and us.
