Shipping Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how Wedding Cam Co handles delivery of products purchased through our website and online store. In this Shipping Policy, “Wedding Cam Co”, “Wedding Cam”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Wedding Cam Co. “You” and “your” refer to the customer placing an order with us.

This Shipping Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any Refund Policy or Returns Policy made available on our website. Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and to any other locations shown as available during checkout.

Delivery availability may depend on the products ordered, your delivery address, the delivery method selected, and the availability of our delivery partners. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will tell you during checkout or contact you after you place your order.

If you place an order for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for ensuring that the products can lawfully be imported into the destination country and for complying with any applicable import laws and regulations.

Delivery Options and Costs

Available delivery options and delivery costs will be shown during checkout before you place your order.

Delivery charges may vary depending on your delivery address, the products ordered, the delivery method selected, the size or weight of the parcel, and any promotional delivery offer that may apply.

Where delivery is not included in the product price, the delivery cost will be displayed before you complete your order. If a delivery charge cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, we will provide information explaining how the delivery charge will be calculated.

Any free delivery offer, discounted delivery offer, or upgraded delivery offer may be subject to additional terms, including minimum order values, delivery locations, product exclusions, or promotional expiry dates.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed after payment has been authorized and the order has been accepted.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, customization or personalization requirements, public holidays, and other operational factors. If an item is made to order, personalized, pre-ordered, or subject to a longer processing time, we will aim to provide relevant information on the product page, during checkout, or in our communications with you.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. Delivery time begins once the order has been dispatched or collected by the delivery provider.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout or in your order confirmation where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates only unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date with you. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeframe.

If no delivery period is agreed with you, we will deliver your order within the period required by applicable law, which is generally within 30 days after the contract is made unless we agree a different delivery period with you. UK online selling guidance states that goods must be delivered within 30 days unless another timeframe has been agreed with the customer.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include delays caused by delivery providers, customs or import checks, severe weather, strikes, transport disruption, supply chain disruption, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If delivery is materially delayed, we will contact you where required and provide any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

If you are a UK consumer and delivery within an agreed timeframe was essential and we fail to deliver within that timeframe, you may have rights under consumer law. If no specific delivery timeframe was agreed, you may have rights if we do not deliver within the period required by law.

Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking

Where tracking is available, we may provide a dispatch confirmation or tracking information by email or through the website.

Tracking information may take time to update after dispatch. Delivery updates are provided by the relevant delivery provider and may be subject to their systems and processes.

Risk and Ownership

Risk in physical products passes to you when the products come into your physical possession or into the physical possession of a person identified by you to take possession of them.

Ownership of products passes to you when we have received payment in full and the products have been delivered, unless otherwise required by law.

Failed Delivery, Incorrect Address, and Collection

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing your order.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the delivery information you provided is incorrect or incomplete, or because you fail to accept delivery or collect the parcel from the delivery provider, we may contact you to arrange redelivery or collection where possible.

We may charge reasonable additional delivery costs for redelivery where permitted by law.

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, we will contact you to discuss the available options. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer redelivery, cancellation, or a refund, subject to any delivery costs or deductions permitted by law.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, or if tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at arabella@weddingcamco.com.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged product and packaging where available.

We are responsible for delivering products to you in accordance with applicable consumer law. If products are lost, damaged, faulty, not as described, or otherwise do not meet your legal rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, price reduction, or other remedy. The CMA has noted that, for online purchases, the seller rather than the courier is legally responsible if delivery goes wrong.

International Delivery, Customs, and Import Charges

If we offer delivery outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or delivery charge and are your responsibility. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

You are responsible for providing any information required by customs authorities and for complying with applicable import rules in the destination country. If you refuse to pay customs duties, import taxes, or other charges and the parcel is returned to us, we may deduct from any refund the costs we reasonably incur, where permitted by law.

Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our delivery options, delivery partners, delivery locations, or legal requirements.

The latest version will be posted on our website, and the “Last updated” date will be amended. Changes will not affect orders we have already accepted unless the change is required by law or you agree to it.
